Kim!!!!!

About 9 till 8 O'clock, and what started off as a beautiful evening, turned into a carnival that no one would forget.
"Ahhhh!" a woman yells.
La'donis running was hard as he possibly can, racing to the sound of Phillip's voice.
"Uncle Donis'!" he screamed.
Distracted by the crowd, La'donis tried his best to block out the chaos in search of his nephew.
"Uncle La'donis! I'm over here!" he yelled running full throttle towards him.
"Oh my God were have you been?" questioned La'donis in relief.
"Bang!" a gun shot went off!
Screams everywhere, people stuck clueless not knowing what to do. A woman lied in the dirt with a gun shot wound to the chest.
"Somebody help her!" a woman yelled.
The muggers in shock of what they've done, panicking themselves. "Let's get outa here, man!"
"BOOOOOM!" a trailer explodes with the smell of liquor in the air.
Sirens being herd in the distance, " We gotta go...we gotta go now!" a mugger panted.
The muggers left and everybody was trying to help the woman from dying.
"Does anyone know her?" a man asked.
"Kim!" La'donis asked walking around the park for her. Walking toward the crowd surrounding the body he asked "Has anybody seen my wife, K..." he gasps from the site of his wife's body. "Phillip go wait in the car!" he commanded, shoving him away from the crowd.
"Oh my God, what happened?" He asked, falling to his knees.
"She was shot by one of the muggers," replied, Drexel Young, a bouncer at the Queen's Palace. "Do you by any chance happen to know who she is?"
Crying, La'donis weeps, "She's my....She's my wi...wife."

The Nephew

Later that day, he is forced to take his 4 year old nephew, Phillip to the carnival. All evening La'donis and Kim were chasing little Phillip around, having a ball. The family was having a great time bonding despite what happened earlier that morning. La'donis and Kim were at the table eating hot dogs while Phillip was in the bounce house, and all of a sudden screams were herd from the rear entrance of the carnival. People were running for their lives. Their where people being held hostage at one of the entrances by muggers. While everyone is running around, La'donis was stuck searching for little Phillip. Looking everywhere, panicking. Then he sees Keezy La'Breezy running his way.
He grabs him while in stride and asks, "Have you seen little Phillip?"
He replies, "Yeah I just saw him near the rear entrance."
"And you didn't get him you idiot?" He shoves him in the arm then, he hears a tiny voice yelling 'Uncle Donis!'.

The Best Morning!

Every morning La'donis usually wakes up to the smell of his beautiful wife, Kim's cooking, but this morning...the unthinkable happened. It was the last damn thing he would've imagined.

"Wake up bitch!" commanded the angry black man draped in all black.

He looks up sweepingly to find his wife crying with guns to both of their heads.

Calmly the masked man asks, "Do you know what today is?"

"Look I know why your here, I'm sorry!" La'donis exclaimed. "I have it, I told you..."

A quick blow to the mouth, "I don't care 'what you told me'," he mocked. "All I know is that I payed for a package and for some fucked up reason, i don't have one."

"I told you I'd give it to you my..."

"Boy what part of I don't care do you not understand?"

"Just give it to him now, La'donis!" yelled Kim.

"I can get it for you," La'donis explained. "It's just in the other room."

La'donis races into the back room in search for the lamp. He comes back with the package and the man laughs, shaking his head with despair."You actually came through, but since there was a delay in shipping, I'm gonna need my money back..."

"The hell are you talking abo..." La'donis yelled.

"Do you have a problem with that?" the man asked while he cocked his gun back.

"No," La'donis mumbles looking down in shame.

"Hmmp, I didn't think so either." He shakes the lamp close to his ear and says, "It better be right too nigga."

He closes the door and immediately Kim screams, "What the hell was that?"

"It's nothing dear I handled it," He said in a modest tone trying to calm her down.

"Bullshit! 'You handled it'...La'donis please, and I know that was more than a lamp. What was in there, La'donis?

"You don't want to know trust me."

"You know what, you probly' right because imma go off on your ass in a minute."

"Way to start the damn day!" La'donis said with a giggle.
